Ok, so after like duno how long, finally, I’m back to continue my nonsense a.k.a crap-tok……wonder wer i get the motivation from? …muahahahahahaha……
Leme intro-intro, my new Kodak M763 ^^
ya-la ya-la, i knw its not a cannon or sony or any of those popular branded cams la, but then its all a poor houseman with not enough calls per month can afford for now lo…. anyway, its easy to use oso, not much of brains required since I need to conserve watever brain juice I have for work or I’l run the risk of getting extended T_T Moreover, for a newbie like me who knows nuts abt cameras n taking photos, i think this al-in-1-no-need-adjusting (a.k.a lazy-to-learn-how-to-use-a-camera) this camera is just the rite stuff for me….heheheheeh ;p
So far, its been really easy to handle, jus aim and shoot (pls ho, I dun mean going wee-wee in toilets ho >< ) It’s small and fits into my bag, small carry-purse, plastic bag o watever bag u can find la!
Anyway, lets see how the pics turns out ya ^^ Hope tis new ‘toy’ can add some spice to the dull ife here in TI ba T_T
So I’ve been ’sent’ to tuition my mum’s friend’s kids while waiting for my posting letter (while the whole MOH probably is stil on holiday mood =.=”)
Nevertheless, I’m not really there to TEACH them (most of waht I’ve learned have long been returned to my teachers). I mean who the hell still remembers how and X-ray is produced and what are the properties of the transitional metals in the periodic table? =.= (Thank God I still manage some how, though I seriously duno how o.O).
Anyway, I’m suppose to TEACH them how to apply their theories they’ve learned to answer questions in exams…..and here’s how the eldest one showed me how she applies Maths in real life =.=”
A few things Malaysian ’stare’ can do…or al least it’s what most of us think it’ll do…..
1) In Road Accidents – Stares can help heal the wounds of victims and make damaged vehicles whole again. And if more people were to stop and stare, maybe the dead would come alive.
2) In a bush fire – It helps contain the fire so it won’t spread before the fire-fighters arrive. It also helps teleport traped animals to safety…somehow…detailed mechanism of this is still under study. And if more were to stare, it can even put out the fire.
3) Disfigured/Disabled people — It helps to reconstruct the deformities/disability telepathically. Reduces cost for plastic surgery (In fact, there won’t be any need of plastic surgery o.O). Extremely helpfull for those with financial problems.
4) In a neighbourhood quarell — Stares can help both parties come to mutual understanding and help in reconcilliation of both parties. If more people were to stare, parites involved in the quarell may even throw a thank you party for those who participated in the ’stare’.
Therefore, for those whose stare CAN NOT do any of the above four wonders, please DO NOT ’stare’ in any of the above mentioned situations. Not only will it not help, it may contribute to unnecessary traffic congestions and embarrasements.
Be considerate, be a TRUE Malaysian……..
woo-hoo! Finally got my hands on the computer ><
Yup, bec in KL unleashing my never-ending fury onto my my mum’s friend’s kids….muahahahahha (evil laugh).
Neway, last weekend was a super cool weekend (Nothing to do with the weather though…. it was so HOT i could practically bake a potato and fry an egg on my head at the same time =.=”). The thing that ‘chilled’ the weekend though was the fact that WE, the awesome GateCrashers, gate-crashed Singapore’s Sentosa island ^^ No worries though, the island is stil floating at sea level and pretty safe for visiting & touring…hehehehehe….Our next stop after Sentosa was Bugis.
This trip was planned, and postponed, then replaned and finally executed on the 29th sept 2007 ^^ Finally got to meet up with my maple mummy Yen and her energetic lil’son, and Petlover who also have 2 lovely children whose energy levels sees no boundaries (we were stil playing pick-up sticks at 12 midnight b4 Petlover shoo-ed us al of to bed ;p). Of coz, joining me for the trip was Simon kor who had sucessfully made his way to Sg in 1 piece a week earlier
Yen mummy was soooo COOL in real life! She has this awesome aura o something like that close to that of Dato Siva ^^ Yup yup, strict yet funny. But very genuine with her feelings and thoughts. A what-u-c-is-what-u-get kinda person ^^ Don’t think she small size can bully yo, she can be red-hot-chilli-padi yo ….hehehehe…..
Petlover on the other hand is a bubbly and happy-go lucky kinda person ^^ The way she talks is soooo funny, makes u feel at ease s though u have known her for a million years ^^ No walls in between. Another ‘What u c is what u get’….hehehe….
I also got to meet another doctor who IS STILL a mapler >< Man! Who says doctors no life??!!! >< muahahahahaha! Once a mapler always a mapler! (wah! y I sound like yakuza o.O)
Manage to get a glimpse of Whyme a.k.a Buang a.k.a guild master and his gf Dootie too ^^ And yeah, I mean ‘glimpse’ =.= It was such a short meeting that we parted even b4 u can say ‘maple story’. The meet-up was funny though….hahaha….still remember we both staring at each other wondering if it’s the rite person ma, neither one of us dare to call out, scare cal wrong person paiseh ;p (Bugis that day so many pple some more) Thank god we have our ‘tian bu pa, di bu pa’ Yen mummy >< One turn around and pointed out that tat’s Whyme ^^ But then le….it was kinda like a hi-bye thingy lo… T_T Hope can hang out with them next time ba for longggggg looooonnggg time!! ><
Sigh…sigh….like every other good times, it had to have an end too T_T
Just that this ended a bit too soon le la T_T Had to go bec JB or lilHammie HAMster will become lilHammie HAMburger T_T But still, it was a well spent weekend ^^ Hope we can meet up again someday ^^
Wat do u get when u put 3 chocolate lovers and 1 super duper chocolate lover who is not suppose to eat chocolate to gether in a same unit?
Answer: Lots and lots (and I mean LOTS) of chocolates ^^
We all love chocolate and yes the very idea of making our own chocolate (though not entirely from scrape) was extremely inviting….hehehehe…..
Check out our master piece ^^
Basically, all u need is good baking chocolate ^^ Highly recommended is Van Houten (4goten how its spelt T_T….my apologies to the staff if I spelt it wrongly, please don’t sue me….)
Next are the dips you use to dip into the rich melted creamy yummy chocolate ^^ (aaaarrrggghhhh!!!!!!!!! I’m hungry again!!!! ><) We choose mainly fruits (so much chocolates = high carbo T_T must balance it out with high fibers = fruits ;p) Neway, we added biscuits and marshmallows too to the list (well….mayb just a tiny bit xtra carbs won’t hurt ba T_T)
The aftermath…..all of us were left either ‘drooling’ chocolates or ‘marked’ with chocolates ^^
……sob…..sob…..it’s finishing……NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
But who cares?…, we can always make more…muahahahahaha!!!!!! ^^
Well s a continuation of the Malacca trip (dun worry guys, no more bloopers ;p), I found an interesting pic I took of the beach at this suposedly cool hotel that Dato’ Jill brought us to…..
Well, the beach was nice la, not much sandy grounds though if u ask me but the sand looked kinda nice …… FROM FAR!! And yes, it oni looks good from FAR! >< As we got nearer, THIS is wat I saw….take a look and give ur best guess….
The beach looked more like teh-tarik spekled wit frequent ‘tea-leaves’ if u know what I mean….yeah, black stuff was been carried wave after wave to the shore n bec to the ocean again T_T On top of that, we spoted a table floating along the beach line o.O
#!$^&*#$&#!!!! Jus who the hell in their right mind threw the TABLE into the sea???!!!!! =.=”
Finally, Dato’ Dr. Jil was available to bring us on a Malacca Makan tour ^^ (hehehe….of coz we’r going for the food). I personally managed to clog half my arteries yesterday with all the goodies I stuffed myself with ;p Basically, the schedule of the day was EAT, EAT, DRINK, EAT & DRINK and finally EAT….kekekekeke…. ;p
We started the trip with Nonya food, though it was the 2nd best according to Jill la coz the first restaurant tat we went (highly recommended by Jill) was closed on Tuesday T_T
But it the food at this 2nd best Nonya restaurant was superb too
I personally feel that the best dish was the prawn cooked in santan and pineapple ^^ …yum yum! It was not that ‘lemaky’ actually but has this wonderful rich flavour…and the pineapple gave it the extra zest to the dish ^^ Not too strong, not too mild…a perfect combination for a seafood dish I would say.
Next was the chicken ball rice…after much ‘effort’ finally manage to get the rest of the group to go eat chicken rice ball ^^ Thanks sooooooo much guys for it! ^^ (the process of coming to a decision to eat chicken rice ball was fun …hehehe…plenty of drama in it ;p)
With the risk of having regurgitation due to over-filled stomachs, we headed for the famous Malacca Durian cecdol! But due to the extra kilos we were dragging around (our stomachs must have weighed half our body weight ><), we decided to settle for the nearer Durian milkshake instead in Limau-Limau. Yup, That’s wat the place/cafe is called….and man the posters that decorated the walls….I shall not elaborate more on that …hehehe….go c it urself ba…muahahahahaha. Neway, the Durian milkshake turned out to b s superbly awesome s the cendol >< Creamy, rich, smooth. Not forgetting the durian flavour and smell…OMG! For a moment, I thought I was in heaven >< The blend was perfectly in proportion. The durian smell was not that strong but it leaves a wonderful taste on your taste buds that makes u want more of it.
We realised that we were kinda over-stufefd by then …hahaha….but that didn’t stop us. We took a short photo session at the red church area (called Christ church o smt like tat ;p) and headed to this cool chill out place also highly recomended by Jill ^^ …..Havana….. They had lots of cool funny drinks to choose frm and it seems the cheesecake were great as well.
As night drew nearer, Jill brought us to this seaside restaurant for dinner. Now THIS place was the best part of the whole makan trip. The restaurant itself used to be Jill’s grandparent’s house ^^ She even managed to point out which room was her parent’s room, wer’s the living room, wer was the kitchen and all…amazing isn’t it?
Well, at least, I thought it was cool ^^ The food again was great!
But u knw wats the best part abt tis whole trip? Well, it’s being able to share all these with a bunch of good buddies ^^ Wonder y there’s no pics at all? Well, like wat Zeek said, things like these are best put in ur ‘Heart’drive not ‘Hard’drive. The hard drive may crash any time in the middle of the road but the heart drive oni crashes at the END of the road…..^^
ALong the way were some bloopers tat made the trip interesting too….hahaha..just for the laughs ;p
J: ‘hump’ careful!!!! (wat wil u think if u actually HEARD it rather than READ it?)
Z: huh? hump wat?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
J: E, u want some more? U can have my balls if u want.
E:……..
(we were eating chicken rice balls =.=”)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
S: Aiyo, u were sucking the straw.
E: ya-la, u always catch me sucking something.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Z: (kinda forgotten wat was his line T_T But it was in Limau-Limau when we were slurping durian milkshake from straws)
S: u wan me to lick the tip?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Z: hey J, hold tis and I might let u play with it later.
J:……….
(They were refering to the camera la =.=”)

Wonder when we’ll meet again…….T_T
